PRACTICAL SKILLS WEEK ITINERARY

For Module 2, Beginners Pathway students will attend a 5 day Preclinical Practical Skills Week in Cambridge covering:


- CBCT analysis
- Digital implant planning
- Implant placement

- Implant impressions
- Raising flaps
- Prosthodontics and occlusion
- Gowning & gloving
- Suturing

Dates:  

Beginners (Provided Patients) Pathway:  Monday 13th - Friday 17th October 2025  

Beginners (Treat Own Patients) Pathway:  Monday 9th - Friday 13th March 2026

 

Assessment is by Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills (OSATS).

 

Learners on the Experienced Practitioner Pathway do not attend the Preclinical Practical Skills Week and are exempt from Module 2 assessments.
